Bettina Campolucci

Championed early on in her career by Jamie Oliver, Bettina’s plant based, nourishing and bold recipes, inspired by her mixed heritage and multicultural existence, are fast gaining a huge audience.

Diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and endometriosis in her 20s, she decided to quit her job in hospitality and start researching natural ways to feel healthy. After a period of studying nutrition, her blog Bettina´s Kitchen was born and she started running workshops, Detox Retreats and documenting her journey on social media. Bettina’s inventive and colourful recipes are developed for those who want their diets to become plant-based, or for people who’ve found allergies/intolerances and need tasty alternatives.
